Passengers may enjoy the following rights for all United States flights operating between July 14, 2021 and September 30, 2021, issued on or before July 14, 2021. 

Who can benefit from the rights? 

• Passengers with tickets for flights to the United States from July 14, 2021 and September 30, 2021 
• Passengers unable to make their trip due to dog restrictions 

Reservation and route changes 

You can make your changes free of charge provided that the flights affected by the restriction are carried out by Turkish Airlines and AnadoluJet, the change is made for a region in the same IATA region, it is in the same cabin, and the new flight is purchased from Turkish Airlines and AnadoluJet by November 30, 2021. 

Refund requests 

You can use the following refund options. 

• Ticket fee refund 
• Travel voucher worth 15% more than the ticket amount 
• Uploading 100 Miles for every EUR 1 ticket value to your Miles&Smiles account 

Date of processing 

Passengers can make transactions until their preferred new travel date and keep their open tickets. The refunding process must take place within two years of the ticket’s issue date. 

Extending the ticket period 

All passengers may extend their tickets until November 30, 2021.
