We’re upgrading our Miles&Smiles services between 23 January, 21:00 and 24 January, 23:59 (GMT+3). During this time, Miles&Smiles services will be temporarily unavailable across all channels, including our website, mobile app, sales offices, and call center. The following transactions will not be available during the upgrade:

• Award ticket issuance, refund, and changes, updating Miles&Smiles profile and payment details, Miles-related transactions (viewing Miles, purchasing additional services with Miles, Business Upgrade with Miles, etc.), certain benefits offered based on membership status, Payments with Cash&Miles, entering a Frequent Flyer Number during check-in.

To avoid any inconvenience, we kindly ask you to complete your transactions before or after this time period. You can continue to earn Miles from your flights and other transactions during the upgrade. Miles earned during this time will be credited to your account once the upgrade is completed.

To provide you with a better experience, we are renovating the Turkish Airlines Domestic Lounge at Istanbul Airport as of September 9, 2025.

During this period, the main entrance door of the Domestic Special Passenger Lounge will remain open. As the elevators serving the Domestic Special Passenger Lounge in the main terminal will be within the work area, access to the Lounge will be provided by vehicles operating in front of the G3F boarding gate. The main entrance door of the Domestic Special Passenger Lounge will remain open.
