Miles from the Miles refund are loaded only into the Miles&Smiles account of the one of the passengers listed in the booking. These Miles cannot be claimed by any other person or organization.
The validity of Miles is 3 years from the date of issue.
You can use your Miles for flight tickets or upgrades on Turkish Airlines, AnadoluJet or Star Alliance member airlines’ flights.
You can also use your Miles in the Shop&Miles online store.
For ticket transactions in currencies other than Euros, Miles added to the account are calculated according to the EUR/currency rate on the day of the transaction. 1,000 Miles will be added to your Miles&Smiles account for every 10 Euros of the ticket value. (Currency rate changes will be made using the functions available on the Turkish Airlines website and reservation tools.).
Refund Miles are calculated according to the total amount of the purchase value of the ticket (including. taxes, service fee, etc.).
Refunded Miles are loaded only to the Miles&Smiles account. Miles cannot be transferred to an account belonging to another loyalty program, or to another member's account.
The rules governing the use of Miles apply to passenger accounts.
Miles are not earned from a ticket purchased with Miles.
The Miles refund offer is not available for every passenger. To benefit from the campaign, your flight must have been cancelled or rescheduled.
Changes cannot be requested after the refund is complete; the refund cannot be requested in cash.
Turkish Airlines reserves the right to change the terms and conditions governing the refund, use and earning of Miles.
