Terms and conditions

Terms and conditions of the Miles&Smiles program apply.
As of June 30, 2025, Miles&Smiles members can earn Miles and Status Miles from revenue and scheduled AJet flights that they have purchased.
Award tickets cannot be issued on AJet flights.
Miles&Smiles reserves the right for program partner companies to change flight locations on condition that prior warning is given.
Miles are earned in accordance with the class specified by the airline operating the flight.
Requests for missing Miles can be submitted at the earliest on the 8th day and within 12 months after the flight is taken.
Requests for missing Miles can be submitted via the Turkish Airlines website or mobile application. These requests can be made from “Miles Transactions” field in the member’s Miles&Smiles account. Click here to see how to claim missing Miles.
AJet flight information can be found on your e-ticket, sent through e-mail by Ajet.
Miles&Smiles members can only have access to specified lounges on AJet flights with or without a fee, depending on their membership status. Click here for further information.
Miles&Smiles members must keep hold of their original boarding pass and ticket copies until the flight has appeared on their account statement.
