Earn Miles on flights with Turkish Airlines and Star Alliance Partners!

You can claim your missing Miles from your flights with Star Alliance partners within the last 12 months!

When you provide your Miles&Smiles membership number during ticketing or at check-in, your Miles will be automatically credited to your account after the flight. If your Miles are not automatically credited, you can manually claim them via our website or mobile app.

Consider Before Submitting Missing Miles Request

  1. Claiming Miles from your flights may take up to two weeks after the flight is completed. If your Miles are still not credited after this period, you can submit a missing Mile request. 
  2. To submit a Missing Miles request, the name and surname on your ticket must match the name and surname registered in your Miles&Smiles membership. The Missing Miles request is only valid for flights booked in your own name.
  3. You can claim the Miles from your flights within the last 12 months starting from today. The timeframe may vary for flights operated by Star Alliance partners. Click here for more details.

Required information and documents for the application:

  • Flight date
  • Departure and arrival location
  • Flight number
  • Travel class
  • Ticket Number

Website application process

Step 1



Sign in with Miles&Smiles membership information.

Step 2



Select ‘Miles transactions’ section from list under account tab.

Step 3



Select ‘Claim Missing Miles’ section under the ‘Miles transactions’ page.

Step 4 and 5



Select the relevant airline and fill in all the required fields.

Your Miles will be credited to your account after verification.

Mobile application process

Step 1



Tap the icon in the top left corner of the Miles&Smiles app.

Step 2



In the menu that appears, tap ‘Log in’ and sign in with your membership details.

Step 3 and 4



After logging in, tap the icon in the top left corner on the home page.

In the following menu, tap ‘My Miles’.

Step 5



At the bottom of the page, tap ‘My Miles Transactions’.

Step 6



On the opening page, under the Mileage Transactions section, tap ‘Claim Missing Miles’.

Step 7 and 8



Select the relevant airline and fill in all the required fields.

Your Miles will be credited to your account after verification.
