1. Campaign routes, promotion codes, ticketing, and travel dates will be announced on the official Miles&Smiles Instagram account.
2. As part of the campaign, a 50% Miles discount will be applied to Economy Class Promotional Award Tickets for one-way or round-trip flights departing from Istanbul to campaign routes or departing from campaign routes to Istanbul.The discount applies to both one-way and round-trip flights
3. No changes are permitted on tickets issued under this campaign.
4. Miles refunds can be requested within one year from the ticket issuance date.
5. Standard Miles&Smiles Award Ticket rules apply to tickets issued under this campaign.
6. The ticketing and travel dates specified in the campaign are based on Türkiye local time.
7. The campaign is subject to seat availability and valid for a limited number of seats.
8. The promotion is valid only on scheduled flights operated by Turkish Airlines.
9. Using a single Promotional code, you can issue Promotional Award Tickets for up to 5 people.
10. Turkish Airlines reserves the right to modify the terms, conditions, and details of the campaign or to cancel it at any time.

How to Use Your Promo Code?

Simply follow the steps below to redeem your promo code and enjoy discounted Miles on your award ticket:

1. Select your preferred flight and travel date on the Turkish Airlines Award Ticket page.
2. Proceed by choosing the Promotional Award Ticket option.
3. On the following screen, activate the “Promotion Code” field located below the flight details section.
4. Enter your promo code and click “Confirm.”
The discounted Miles amount will be automatically displayed on the screen.
