Miles&Smiles members can enjoy special benefits on codeshare flights operated by IndiGo. Simply enter your Miles&Smiles membership number during booking to enjoy the benefits based on your status level.

If your membership number is not added during booking and is instead provided at check-in, you will not be eligible for these benefits.

These benefits apply only to flights marketed by Turkish Airlines and operated by IndiGo.

Before Your Flight

• Priority Check-in & Baggage Handling
Classic Plus, Elite, and Elite Plus members can benefit from IndiGo’s Fast Forward service, which provides access to dedicated check-in counters and priority baggage handling.

Fast Forward service is available at 70 domestic airports in India, as well as at select international airports, including Istanbul, Abu Dhabi, Bangkok, Colombo, Dhaka, Doha, Dubai, Hong Kong, Kathmandu, Kuala Lumpur, Kuwait, Malé, Muscat, Phuket, Sharjah, Singapore, and Jeddah.

    All Miles&Smiles members are provided to a complimentary meal consisting of a cold dish and a beverage.

Checked Baggage
All Miles&Smiles members are entitled to:
• 20 kg on IndiGo flights departing from Istanbul.
• 30 kg on IndiGo flights departing from India.
Additional allowance:
• Classic Plus members: +10 kg
• Elite and Elite Plus members: +20 kg

For flights to/from the United States and Canada, Turkish Airlines’ baggage rules apply.

Cabin Baggage
Domestic Flights: All Miles&Smiles members are allowed 1 piece of cabin baggage.
International Flights:
• Classic members: 1 piece
• Classic Plus, Elite, and Elite Plus members: 2 pieces
Weight limits per piece:
• Classic & Classic Plus: 8 kg
• Elite & Elite Plus: 10 kg
