From 31 March 2022, 2359 hours (Singapore time), Singapore will transition to a new Vaccinated Travel Framework and reopen its borders to all fully vaccinated travellers. The following parameters will apply to travellers entering Singapore under the new Vaccinated Travel Framework:
Entry Approval – Fully vaccinated travellers do not require any entry approvals to enter Singapore. This means that travellers will no longer be required to apply for a Vaccinated Travel Pass (VTP) or Air Travel Pass (ATP) for entry into Singapore. Travellers may enter Singapore on any flight.
Vaccination – Travellers must be fully vaccinated . Received the full regime of World Health Organisation Emergency Use Listing (EUL) COVID-19 vaccines. Children aged 12 years and below are exempted from the vaccination requirement.
Testing – Travellers must take a pre-departure test within two days before departing for Singapore and obtain a negative test result. The pre-departure test can be a Polymerase Chain Reaction test, a professional-administered Antigen Rapid Test (ART), or a self-administered ART that is remotely supervised by an ART provider in Singapore that provide such services.
Singapore Arrival Card (SGAC) – All travellers must submit their SGAC at https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarrivalcard/ within three days before entering Singapore
Additional Requirements for Short-Term Visitors – Travellers must apply for an entry visa (if required), purchase COVID-19 travel insurance with a minimum coverage of S$30,000 for COVID-19-related medical treatment and hospitalisation costs, and use the TraceTogether app in Singapore.

Passengers who were unable to board the scheduled Turkish Airlines and AnadoluJet flights between June 11, 2020 and July 31, 2022 because they were not accepted by the destination country and/or have a positive COVID-19 test result and/or unable to board their flights because of the PCR test applied for flights arriving to Türkiye, may change their ticket, request a refund, change their ticket to an open ticket, or extend the validity of their ticket.
If the ticket is issued on or before July 31, 2022:
Ticket change, changing a ticket to an open ticket and refund transactions can be completed once in accordance with the terms and conditions of the flight and regardless of the fare rules.
Change requests
You can change tickets for Turkish Airlines and AnadoluJet flights until August 31, 2022 (including) without a fee, provided that your destination is in the same flight zone and your flight is in the same cabin.
Refund Requests
You can obtain your refund without paying a fee for individual and group tickets on Turkish Airlines and AnadoluJet flights.
Change-to-Open Ticket
You can change your ticket to an open ticket without paying an additional fee.
Extension of the ticket period
You can extend the validity of your ticket until August 31, 2022 (including), without paying an additional fee.
You can perform your ticket change/return transactions by applying to Turkish Airlines sales offices with a document showing the situation that prevents your travel or you can reach us feedback form. You can perform your change-to-open ticket transactions through Turkish Airlines sales offices, the call center, and the agencies from which the ticket was purchased.
