Introducing Phoenix

Incorporated as a modern city in 1881, Phoenix became a very important spot due to its location, being on the main east-to-west roads. The irrigation canals originally created by the Hohokam people to make the land arable form the basis of today's impressive canal projects in Arizona. Phoenix, where you can breathe the desert air in the city, is a special place waiting to be discovered.
