Terms and Conditions for Hotel Reservation and Earning Miles
- Miles earning for hotel bookings is possible for reservations made through the links on Turkish Airlines online platforms through the links where the Turkish Airlines logo is clearly visible on the page or through hotels.turkishairlines.com. Miles&Smiles members cannot earn extra Miles for these bookings if the booking is made directly through the booking.com website.
- In order to earn Miles from hotel stays, members must enter their 9-digit Miles & Smiles membership number (eg TK123456789) on the page where the hotel reserve is completed. Miles cannot be earned for reservations made incorrectly or without entering Miles&Smiles number.
- It is not possible to process your retroactive missing Miles.
- Miles will be credited to the member's account within 8-12 weeks from the date of hotel stay.
- In case of accommodation in the same hotel, more than one Miles&Smiles account cannot be entered into the system.
- If more than one Miles&Smiles member stays in the same hotel room, the Bonus Miles will only be credited to the account whose Miles&Smiles membership number is entered at the time of booking.
- In the event of an agreement between the hotel and Miles&Smiles, the terms and conditions of hotels.turkishairlines.com shall apply for the acquisition of Miles.
- In order to earn Miles, the member must have completed the relevant accommodation service. Members cannot earn Miles if they make a reservation and do not come to the hotel (no-show) or cancel the reservation.
- Booking.com rules and conditions apply.
- 2 Miles are earned for every 1 euro spent on bookings.
