As of June 30, 2025, Miles&Smiles members can earn Miles and Status Miles from revenue and scheduled AJet flights that they have purchased.

You can earn Miles via entering your Miles&Smiles membership number during reservation through the AJet website or mobile application. After the flight, your Miles will be automatically credited to your account.

You will earn the equal amount of Status Miles with Miles from related flights. The amount of Miles are calculated based on the distance between departure and arrival points and the fare class of your ticket.

9. Who earns the Miles and Status Miles on a ticket I bought for someone else? Learn more

Miles and Status Miles are only credited to the account of the passenger making the flight.

10. Can I earn Miles and Status Miles if the name and surname registered in my Miles&Smiles account are different from the name and surname on the ticket? Learn more

To earn Miles and Status Miles on flights, your name and surname must be same on the ticket and on your membership account.

If the name and surname in your Miles&Smiles account are incorrect, members who are Turkish national can change their name and surname via the Turkish Airlines website or mobile application. Foreign national members can submit a request to change their name and surname via the Turkish Airlines feedback form with a scan/photo of their passport.

If your name and surname on the ticket are incorrect, you can submit a request AJet feedback form with a scan/photo of your ID/passport.

A ticket class or flight number range not eligible for mileage accrual, or different names on the ticket and membership account can be one of the reasons that prevents crediting Miles to your account.   1. Name-Surname
  2. Flight date
  3. Flight number
  4. Origin/Destination

Miles&Smiles Elite and Elite Plus members can use certain lounges free of charge with their family members or a guest on AJet flights.
