Boston Logan International Airport
Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) is approximately five kilometers from the city center. Transportation options between the airport and city include the Silver Line 1 bus or the Blue Line T subway. Bus numbers 449 and 459 also operate from the airport to the city center. Ferries are another mode of public transportation; boats depart from Logan Wharf Pier, near the airport, to the city center terminal. To get to Logan Wharf Pier, you can take the number 66 bus from the airport terminal. Car rentals are available at the airport, as are 24/7 airport taxis.

Istanbul Airport (IST), a major aviation hub, is in the Arnavutköy district on the city’s European side, approximately 42 kilometers from Istanbul's city center. Municipal buses and airport shuttles run between the city and the airport, as does the metro. The IETT buses numbered H-1, H-2, H-3, H-6, and H-8 operate airport routes as does the Gayrettepe - Istanbul Airport subway (M11), while Havaist buses operate between the airport and various points in Istanbul throughout the day.
