On our domestic and international flights, which are operated with more than 300 aircraft equipped with internet infrastructure and which continue to grow in number, you can keep working and stay in uninterrupted contact with the world thanks to our high-speed wireless internet connection.

With the broadband wireless internet connection you can use on your laptops, tablets and smartphones, you can use even high-bandwidth applications smoothly.

On Our International Flights

We offer complimentary internet service to our Business Class passengers and Miles&Smiles members. Passengers who are not yet members can easily create their Miles&Smiles membership before or during the flight via the form on the internet login page and enjoy unlimited messaging. In addition, we offer complimentary and unlimited internet service to all passengers on selected narrow-body aircraft. Paid and complimentary internet passes may vary by flight and aircraft type.

We also offer paid internet passes for passengers who are not Miles&Smiles members or who have used up their complimentary internet quota. These passes can only be purchased during the flight.

Connection Limitations

• Possible interruptions: Interruptions may occur due to weather conditions, satellite handovers, or the flight route falling outside the coverage area (for example, polar regions or restricted airspace).
• Legal restrictions: The regulations of some countries may prevent airlines from offering connectivity in certain airspaces, or allow it only at cruising altitudes above 10,000 feet./li>

Wi-Fi Experience

• Speed and performance: The inflight Wi-Fi experience differs from ground-based internet connections. Wi-Fi performance may be affected by factors such as the number of users connected at the same time, weather conditions, and satellite bandwidth.

Power Supply

You can charge your personal electronic devices using the universal power outlets and USB ports on our aircraft.

Universal power outlets are available in all classes on our A330 and B777 aircraft, and in Business Class only on the rest of our fleet. In addition, you can charge via the Type A and Type C USB ports located on the seatback screens.
