You can reach the city center from the airport using the number 6 bus service. The distance between the airport and the city center is 16 km. It costs 220 CFA francs to get from the airport to the city center and the journey takes about 25 minutes. However, please note that the buses are not very safe and the orange taxis are a much safer option.
