Free Use of Domestic Private Passenger Lounges belonging to our Partnership

*Passengers traveling on a domestic flight via a partnership flight on the same day as their connecting international flight (including flights until 05:00 on the next day), or who are Turkish Airlines Corporate Club Card (CORP) holders with an international flight and a domestic connecting flight can receive service at the domestic private passenger lounges with one guest. The flights (international and domestic) must be on the same ticket.

In some airports, domestic private passenger lounges have two sections. At these stations, Business Class passengers and M&S Elite Plus card passengers are offered access to the Business section of the Lounge. M&S Elite, M&S Classic Plus, SAG, PLM, CORP card and fee / miles passengers are offered access to the Miles & Smiles (M&S) section.

**Family: Spouse traveling with the passenger who has the right to use the Lounge and children under the age of 25. (Spouse and children must enter the Lounge with the passenger who has Lounge entry rights)

Free Use of International Private Passenger Lounges belonging to our Partnership

*Passengers holding a Turkish Airlines Corporate Club Card (CORP) and an accompanying guest can receive services only from the private passenger lounges belonging to the partnership in the country indicated on the card, as well as from international lounges in Türkiye. Passengers who hold a Turkish Airlines Corporate Club Card issued in Türkiye can receive service only from private international passenger lounges in Türkiye.

Istanbul Airport International Private Passenger Lounges include two sections. Business Class passengers may enter the Turkish Airlines Lounge Business section, while Miles&Smiles Elite Plus, Miles&Smiles Elite, SAG, PLM, CORP card passengers or passengers who enter via fee / miles can enter the Turkish Airlines Lounge Miles & Smiles (Miles&Smiles) section.

Free Use of Contracted or Star Alliance Branded Private Passenger Lounges Abroad

* Passengers with a Turkish Airlines Corporate Club Card (CORP) traveling on international flights and an accompanying guest can receive services only from contracted private passenger lounges in the country indicated on the card. They cannot enter Star Alliance-branded lounges.

Passenger are subject to the same conditions in the international lounges in Türkiye, which are not branded by the Partnership and are serviced by agreement.

Private Passenger Lounge usage fees for Turkish Airlines passengers valid as of January 01, 2023:

• Turkish Airlines passengers traveling on the main brand of our partnership or on AnadoluJet flights can benefit from the application.
• There is no additional accompanying passenger charge for infants and children between the ages of 0-12.
• If passengers who are not Miles & Smiles members complete the membership form, a sale transaction will be made.
• Passengers who purchase the lounge usage service with a fee may access only the lounge area reserved for Miles & Smiles Elite and Classic Plus members in domestic private passenger lounges with two separate sections.
• The application may be suspended during intensive periods.
• For flights on our main brand departing from Sabiha Gökçen Airport, passengers who are not entitled to complimentary lounge use according to their card status can benefit from the passenger fees traveling with AnadoluJet flights.
• Fees for unused Private Passenger Lounge services caused by delays, flight cancellation, etc. due to operational reasons can be refunded or changed to a later date; the passenger must apply to the THY Sales Office in these cases. If the non-use of lounge services is caused by the passenger, the fee cannot be refunded or changed to a later date.
