Terms and Conditions

• The promo code is generated via the Turkish Airlines mobile app.
• The campaign is exclusive to Turkish Airlines Young Club members, and each member can benefit from the campaign only once.
• To use the promo code, customers must first complete the steps to become an ON Digital Banking customer, then create their membership on n11 (or, if they already have an account, enter the code in the relevant field at the basket step as described above to activate it).
• To register promo codes on n11, they must be entered and added in the “Enter Code” field on the “Payment Confirmation” page or in the “Add New Coupon” box on the My Account > My Coupons page.
• The value of the codes is determined by the issuing company.
• The full value of the promo code must be used in a single transaction.
• One coupon code can be used for only one purchase. Promo codes cannot be combined with other promo codes.
• Promo codes are personal, non-transferable, and cannot be converted into cash.
• Promo codes are for single use only; they cannot be split and used partially, and cannot be reissued.
• The promo code provides a discount of 150 TL on purchases of 750 TL or more in categories other than Digital Codes & Products, SIM Card, Line, Packages, Investment Gold & Silver, Extended Warranty, Paper Products, and Supermarket.
• New n11.com member accounts must be activated within 7 days. Membership is verified and completed by clicking the activation link sent to the registered email address. Coupons cannot be used in accounts that have not been activated. After a new n11 account is activated, the promo code must be loaded to the account.
• n11 accounts that are not activated within 7 days will be closed. If an n11 promo code has been defined for such an account, it cannot be used, and the promo code will not be reissued.
• In cases of order cancellation, return, or exchange, the promo code will not be reloaded to the account and will not be reissued.
• The campaign is valid until 31 December 2026.
