This campaign is valid for reservations covering the period between 14 August 2023 – 31 December 2024.
During check-in process, guests are required to present their Miles&Smiles TK number or digital card.
In order to benefit from the campaign, the reservation must be made individually through the hotel's website www.bnhotels.com.tr or the reservation department. Reservations made through any other channel will not be eligible to take advantage of this opportunity.
If more than one member uses the same room, only one member earns Miles for accommodation.
Miles are not earned for daily hotel usage.
The offer cannot be combined with other existing offers or promotional benefits and is not valid for groups.
Miles are not earned on Complimentary stays. (example: 4kal 3 pay,3 night Miles.)
Miles cannot be earned for accommodation with special discounts (agent, company, airline company discounts, etc.).
The campaign does not include holidays, special days and special packages determined by the hotel.
It may take some time for your hotel stays to be reflected in your Miles&Smiles membership account. In the event of a disruption, your hotel invoice must be submitted to the hotel where you have stayed.
