Terms and Conditions

• The campaign is open to individual customers who become Garanti BBVA customers for the first time, by selecting “I Want to Become a Customer” in the Garanti BBVA Mobile app, and who enter the promotional code THYMIL26 in the app.
• The promotional code THYMIL26 must be entered in the “Enter Promotion Code” field on the Profile and Settings page in Garanti BBVA Mobile.
• Customers who have become Garanti BBVA customers and entered the code THYMIL26 in the designated field must also apply for a Miles&Smiles credit card through Garanti BBVA Mobile. If their application is approved, they will earn 1.500 TL in cashback after making their first purchase of 3.000 TL or more with their newly approved Garanti BBVA Miles&Smiles credit card through the Turkish Airlines mobile app or at https://www.turkishairlines.com/.
• Customers aged 18–25 who successfully enter the code THYMIL26 can earn an additional 500 TL in cashback, on top of the 1.500 TL reward, if they are members of the Turkish Airlines Youth Club. This brings their total reward to 2.000 TL.
• To qualify for the campaign, the Miles&Smiles card must be issued before December 31, 2026, and the first purchase must be made before January 10, 2027. Purchases made after this date will not qualify.
• The Miles&Smiles credit card must be applied for and obtained through Garanti BBVA Mobile.
• The campaign applies to purchases made through the Turkish Airlines website at https://www.turkishairlines.com/ or the Turkish Airlines mobile app.
• A cashback reward may be earned on the first qualifying purchase, provided it is a single transaction of 3.000 TL or more.
• The cashback reward will be applied as a statement credit to the statement issued in the period following the purchase made with the relevant Miles&Smiles credit card.
• If the Miles&Smiles credit card issued by December 31, 2026 or the purchase made by January 10, 2027 is cancelled or refunded, the cashback reward will not be credited to the Miles&Smiles credit card again, and no compensation will be provided.
• Customers under the age of 18 are not eligible for this campaign.
• Each customer may benefit from this campaign only once during the campaign period.
• This campaign cannot be combined with other campaigns, discounts, or promotions.
• T. Garanti Bankası A.Ş. is not responsible for any errors relating to products or services purchased from Türk Hava Yolları A.O. under this campaign.
• T. Garanti Bankası A.Ş. and Türk Hava Yolları A.O. reserve the right to jointly change the campaign period and scope, or to suspend or cancel the campaign. The campaign terms do not create any rights in relation to transactions that have not been completed before any such change.
• T. Garanti Bankası A.Ş. is not responsible for any defects or faults in products purchased from Türk Hava Yolları A.O. under this campaign, or for late or incorrect delivery.
• You may benefit from only one of the campaigns listed under Garanti BBVA Mobile > Profile and Settings > “Enter Promotional Code” or in the “Together at Garanti BBVA” steps.
