*Family: Spouse traveling with the passenger who has the right to use the Lounge and children under the age of 25. (Spouse and children must enter the Lounge with the passenger who has Lounge entry rights)

***Passengers traveling on a domestic flight via a partnership flight on the same day as their connecting international flight (including flights until 05:00 on the next day), or who are Turkish Airlines Corporate Club Card (CORP),  holders with an international flight and a domestic connecting flight can receive service at the domestic CIP Lounge with one guest. The flights (international and domestic) must be on the same ticket.

In some airports, domestic CIP Lounge have two sections. At these stations, Business Class passengers and Miles&Smiles Elite Plus card passengers are offered access to the Business section of the Lounge. Miles&Smiles Elite, Miles&Smiles Classic Plus, SAG, PLM, CORP, Miles&Smiles U.S. Credit Card card and fee / Miles passengers are offered access to the Miles&Smiles (M&S) section.

Free Use of International CIP Lounges belonging to our Corporation

*Passengers holding a Turkish Airlines Corporate Club Card (CORP) and an accompanying guest can receive services only from the CIP Lounge belonging to the partnership in the country indicated on the card, as well as from international lounges in Türkiye. Passengers who hold a Turkish Airlines Corporate Club Card issued in Türkiye can receive service only from private international passenger lounges in Türkiye.

The Istanbul Airport International Passenger Lounges consist of two sections:

1. Business Class passengers can enter the Turkish Airlines Lounge Business regardless of card type.

2. Passengers with Miles&Smiles Elite Plus, Miles&Smiles Elite, SAG, PLM, CORP, Miles&Smiles Elite Corporate, Miles&Smiles ABD Credit Card card can enter the Turkish Airlines Lounge Miles&Smiles section. Passengers can also use Miles to purchase entry into this Lounge.

Only Business Class passengers can enter the Turkish Airlines Lounge Business. Business Class passengers with the appropriate card type may bring a guest into the Lounge Miles&Smiles section.

*** Miles&Smiles U.S. Credit Card holders must match their Miles&Smiles memberships with their credit cards in order to benefit from the free lounge access.

Free Use of Contracted or Star Alliance Branded CIP Lounge Abroad

* Passengers with a Turkish Airlines Corporate Club Card (CORP) traveling on international flights and an accompanying guest can receive services only from contracted CIP Lounge in the country indicated on the card. They cannot enter Star Alliance-branded lounges.

**Passengers with a Turkish Airlines Corporate Club Card (M&S EC) traveling on international flights and an accompanying guest can receive services only from contracted CIP Lounge in the country indicated on the card. They cannot enter Star Alliance-branded lounges.

Passenger are subject to the same conditions in the international lounges in Türkiye, which are not branded by the Partnership and are serviced by agreement.

Effective from June 1 to December 31, 2025

Private Lounge usage fee for passengers traveling on THY flights:

1. No fee is charged for infants aged 0-2 years.
2. Non-Miles&Smiles members must complete the online membership form and create a digital card to be eligible to enter the lounge for a fee.
3. When a Miles&Smiles Classic cardholder pays the full fee for lounge use, their children aged 0-6 may accompany them free of charge into the lounge. For their children aged 7-12, 50% of the fee specified in the table is charged. For child passengers aged 3-12 who are not family members, the full fee is charged. There are no guest privileges.
4. As Miles&Smiles Classic Plus cardholders are entitled only to lounge access for themselves and do not have family privileges, children aged 3-12 who are accompanied by the cardholder will be charged 50% of the fee specified in the table. Children aged 3-12 who are not accompanied by the cardholder will be charged the full fee. Guests are not permitted.
5. If a Miles&Smiles Elite Plus or Miles&Smiles Elite cardholder is accompanied by children who are family members, children who are not family members, and/or guests, the full fee will be charged for each child who is not a family member and/or each guest. If the cardholder is not accompanied by family members, the first child passenger who is not a family member will be considered a guest, and the full fee will be charged for any other child passengers and/or guests.
6. M&S Elite Corporate Card holders can enter Turkish Airlines Lounge branded special passenger lounges free of charge with only one family member or one guest. Within Türkiye, they can use special passenger lounges that are not Turkish Airlines Lounges at the Dalaman and Diyarbakır Airports with only one guest. If the M&S Elite Corporate Card holder is accompanied by a child passenger who is a family member, a child passenger who is not a family member, and/or a guest, the full fee will be charged for each child passenger and/or guest who is not a family member. If the cardholder is not accompanied by family members, the first child passenger who is not a family member will be considered a guest, and the full fee will be charged for any other child passengers and/or guests.
7. M&S US Credit Card holders are not entitled to family member and/or guest privileges. All accompanying passengers will be charged the full fee.
8. Passengers who purchase lounge access services for a fee may use only the Miles&Smiles section of the domestic special passenger lounges, which consist of two separate sections.
9. The service may be suspended during peak periods such as official holidays and the days before and after holidays.
10. Except for Istanbul Airport, passengers who purchase lounge access may enter the lounge no earlier than 2 (two) hours before their flight.
11. Passengers who purchase lounge access for the Istanbul Airport Domestic Special Passenger Lounge may enter the lounge no earlier than 4 (four) hours before their flight, if their flight originates in Istanbul; and no earlier than 6 (six) hours before their flight, if their flight does not originate in Istanbul.
12. Passengers who purchase lounge usage services may be eligible for a refund under the cancellation policy if they do not enter the lounge.
13. Refunds may be issued for reasons beyond the passenger’s control and due to operational issues.
14. Refunds will not be issued if the passenger uses the lounge service. Exceptions for refunds may be applicable if the passenger has used the lounge due to a flight cancellation.
15. If the passenger requests a ticket refund/change prior to the flight after using the lounge in exchange for a fee or using the rights provided by the Business Class ticket and/or status card, the lounge usage fee will be deducted from the ticket price.
16. Passengers traveling on charter flights do not have lounge access rights, even if they have a Business Class ticket or status card. As an exception, passengers may use the lounge if the travel agency handling the charter has purchased special lounge access rights for its passengers.
17. Passengers traveling on THY flights may invite only passengers traveling on THY flights as guests to the lounge. Passengers traveling on AJet flights are not eligible to enter the lounge as guests.

Special lounge usage fee for passengers traveling on AJet flights:

1. No fees are charged for infants aged 0-2 years.
2. Non-Miles&Smiles members must complete the online membership form and create a digital card to be eligible for use at a fee.
3. No additional fee will be charged for cardholders’ infants and children aged 0-6 for lounge use. For children aged 7-12 who are family members of the cardholder, 50% of the fee specified in the table will be charged. Children aged 3-12 who are not family members will be charged the full fee.
4. Infants and children aged 0-6 who are the cardholder’s family members may use the lounge free of charge only if the cardholder has purchased the lounge usage service or if the family privilege is provided by the cardholder’s status card level.
5. If a Miles&Smiles Elite/Elite Plus cardholder enters the lounge with an infant or child passenger who is a family member, the cardholder will be charged the full fee for each child passenger who is not a family member. If the cardholder is not accompanied by family members, the first child passenger who is not a family member is considered a guest; additional guests/children will be charged the full fee.
6. During the paid lounge use, if there are children traveling with passengers who are family members, guests, and/or children who are not family members, no additional fee will be charged for children aged 3-6 who are family members. For children aged 7-12 who are family members, 50% of the fee specified in the table will be charged. Guests and/or children who are not family members will be charged the full fee.
7. Passengers who purchase the paid lounge usage service may only use the Miles&Smiles section of the domestic special passenger lounges, which consist of two separate sections.
8. The service may be suspended during busy periods such as public holidays and the days before and after public holidays.
9. Except for Sabiha Gökçen Airport, passengers who have purchased domestic lounge access service may enter the lounge no earlier than 2 (two) hours before their flight.
10. Passengers who have purchased lounge access services for the Domestic Special Passenger Lounge at Sabiha Gökçen Airport may enter the lounge no more than 3 (three) hours before their flight if the departure point is Sabiha Gökçen Airport; or no more than 4 (four) hours before their flight if they are connecting to another flight via Sabiha Gökçen Airport.
11. Passengers who purchase lounge access for the Istanbul Airport Domestic Special Passenger Lounge may enter the lounge no more than 4 (four) hours before their flight if their flight originates in Istanbul; and no more than 6 (six) hours before their flight if their flight does not originate in Istanbul.
12. Passengers who purchase lounge usage services may be eligible for a refund under the cancellation policy if they do not enter the lounge.
13. Refunds may be issued for reasons beyond the passenger's control and due to operational issues.
14. Refunds will not be issued if the passenger uses the lounge service. Exceptions for refunds may be applicable if the passenger has used the lounge due to a flight cancellation.
15. Passengers traveling on charter flights are not entitled to use the lounge, even if they have a business class ticket or status card. As an exception, passengers may be entitled to use the lounge if the travel agency handling the charter agreement purchases special lounge access for its passengers.
16. Passengers traveling on AJet flights may invite only passengers traveling on AJet flights as guests to the lounge. Passengers traveling on THY flights are not eligible to enter the lounge as guests.
