Terms and conditions

  • The offer is valid for tickets issued between 28 November 2019 – 02 December 2019, with travel dates between 28 November 2019 – 15 March 2020. 
  • For ‘Amsterdam, Athens, Budapest, Rome, Porto, Tashkent, Venice’ departure and return dates between 01/01/2020 - 10/01/2020 and 16/01/2020 - 04/02/2020 are not valid and excluded from the offer.
  • For all other destinations, departure and return dates between 13/12/2019 - 10/01/2020 and 16/01/2020 - 04/02/2020 are not valid and excluded from the offer.
  • 30% Miles discount offer is valid on promotional (limited capacity) award tickets for one way or round trip, Business Class or Economy Class flights between Türkiye and Amsterdam, Athens, Beirut, Bangkok, Brussels, Budapest, Doha, Rome, Hannover, Kiev, Chisinau, Kuwait, Ljubljana, Lviv, Odessa, Porto, Prague, Tashkent, Tbilisi (for Istanbul Airport and Sabiha Gokcen Airport flights), Podgorica, Tel Aviv, Venice, Vienna and Edinburgh. 
  • 50% Miles discount offer is valid on promotional (limited capacity) award tickets for one way or round trip, Business Class or Economy Class flights between Türkiye and Cologne, Baku (for Esenboga Airport flights), Munich, Bucharest, Pristina, Sarajevo, Skopje, Sofia, Salzburg, Tbilisi (for Esenboga Airport flights), Warsaw. 
  • Changes to reservations are allowed for tickets issued within the scope of the special offer for a fee and on the condition that the route and flight class are the same plus within ticketing dates 28 November 2019 – 2 December 2019 and travelling dates 28 November 2019 – 15 March 2020. 
  • Miles can be refunded within 1 year of the date on which a ticket is issued. 
  • Ticketing and travelling periods start and end according to the local time in Türkiye. 
  • Promotional award tickets are subject to availability due to limited seat capacity. 
  • Miles&Smiles award ticket rules apply within the scope of the special offer. 
  • All taxes will be charged. 
  • Tickets subject to this special offer can be issued through our call center, online channels and sales offices. 
  • The related promotion is not valid on corporate tickets, group tickets and special passenger segments (seaman, cruise, student/youth, medical etc.) tickets. 
  • The right of use cannot be transferred within the scope of the offer. This campaign cannot be combined with any other campaigns of Turkish Airlines. 
  • The related promotion is only valid on scheduled flights operated by Turkish Airlines. It is not valid on Turkish Airlines codeshare flights, Star Alliance partner airline flights and AnadoluJet flights. 
  • Turkish Airlines reserves the right to take legal action against the related parties found to have contravened any rules.
