Terms and conditions

  • Miles are not earned for accommodation (agency, company, airline discounts, etc.) with special discounts and/or hourly stays.
  • This campaign is valid for bookings made via baruthotels.com, akrahotels.com and the Barut Call Centre.
  • Each visit earns 500 Miles. Miles are earned only once during stays of consecutive days.
  • If more than one Miles&Smiles member is the staying in the room, only one member can earn the Miles for accommodation.
  • Miles earned from hotel stays may not be reflected immediately into your Miles&Smiles membership account.
  • In the event of a dispute, your hotel bill must be forwarded to the hotel.
  • To earn Miles for your stay, you must present your Miles&Smiles card upon check-in.
