If you don’t want to waste time waiting for buses, you can get to the city center using the taxi service that runs from the airport. The taxi rank is on the ground level of the arrivals area and fares are charged on the meter depending on the distance traveled. On weekdays, taxis charge a starting price of €4. There is also a 20% increase in prices when traveling on weekdays 21:00–06:00, Saturday, Sunday and official holidays. If you are taking baggage or pets with you in the taxi, there will be an addditional charge of €1.50.
