Our passengers traveling Business Class, Elite Plus and Elite members of our Miles & Smiles Frequent Flyer Program, Star Alliance Gold Card holders and Executive Officers of companies participating in our Corporate Incentive Program are welcome to take advantage of our CIP lounge services.

CIP Lounge operates from 05:00 am to 01:00 am daily which is established on spacious 1100m2 area and has a capacity of 339 persons.

Business center and a meeting room complete with all necessary technical equipment including WLAN internet.

Private relaxation rooms, massage chairs, gender based prayer rooms as well as showers with special toiletry kits, play room for children and private infant room.

Our passengers may enjoy television, music system, daily local and foreign newspapers, magazines, flight information monitors and CIP lounge is equipped with internal paging system.

At Ataturk Airport in Istanbul there is special entrance (Entrance  E) just for Business Class , Elite Plus and Elite Card members that provide a peaceful, efficient and comfortable area in which to gain access to the Business Class check–in counters (G6 through G16)  Business Class and Elite Plus members may pass through passport control desk number 15. 

During check-in procedures upon passenger’s request, Business Class and Elite Plus members will be provided “fast track card” which enables them upon arrival to expedite their passport formalities at passport control desk 29-30 between the hours of 05:30am to 24:00 midnight daily.   

Our restrooms in CIP lounges are disabled accessible.
