We understand that transitioning to NDC can come with challenges, but we are here to support you throughout the process. For assistance with integration, technical support, or other inquiries about our connection types (direct connection via APIs, via an aggregator, or simple UI), please submit a support ticket through our agency portal using this link (accessible only after login). In our support portal, you can either submit a new ticket or review your previously submitted ones. Please ensure you select 'TKCONNECT' along with the necessary options from the left menu. Afterward, you will be prompted to choose other options that best describe your issue. You can also attach files or screenshots related to your issue. Please note:
