Cats, dogs and small songbirds (parakeets, canaries) are the only types of pets permitted in the aircraft hold . These animals can also be transported in the aircraft cargo hold.

Pets traveling in the aircraft cabin cannot exceed a total of 8 kg, including their carrier. The carrier dimensions must be no more than 23 cm in height, 30 cm in width and 40 cm in length. For pets traveling in the aircraft hold, carriers/cages cannot exceed 75 cm in height, 75 cm in width and 125 cm in length. The total weight of the carrier and the pet together cannot exceed 50 kg.
