Turkish Airlines Domestic Fare Rules

Infant passenger (0-2 years)

Domestic economy infant passenger: As of January 1, 2025: A charge of 465 TL on direct flights and 700 TL on connecting flights will be applicable for infant passengers travelling on a parent’s lap.

Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus Ercan economy infant passenger: For infant passengers traveling in the same seat as parent, a fee of TRY 850 is charged for direct flights. For TR-Ercan (ECN) connecting flights, a fee is charged for every segment.
Child passenger (2-11 years) A 10% child passenger discount is only applied to B, M, A, H, S, O, E, Q, T, L classes.

Passengers aged 65 and over
A 15% passenger discount is only applied to B, M, A, H, S, O, E, Q, T, L classes.
 
Military The 15% soldier discount is applied only for passengers in classes B, M, A, H, S, O, E, Q, T, L. Soldiers serving with the Turkish Peace Forces in Cyprus and their dependent spouses and children between the ages of 2-12 can also benefit from discounts on Türkiye-Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus flights.Military discount for flights departing from Türkiye and arriving in Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus can only be made from the sales offices.
Disabled For domestic flight classes B, M, A, H, S, O, E, Q, T, L, a 20% disabled passenger discount is applied.
Accompanied Disabled

For classes B, M, A, H, S, O, E, Q, T, L, a 20% disabled companion discount is applied in the economy cabin.
Veterans and First-degree Relatives of Veterans

Turkish citizens who are first-degree relatives (mother, father, spouse, unmarried children under 25) of martyrs or veterans are entitled to a 50% discount on economy cabin net fares, excluding taxes and fees, in the B, M, A, H, S, O, E, E, Q, T, L domestic fare classes. This discount is valid only for tickets purchased on the Turkish Airlines website or mobile app. Tickets purchased at sales offices, call centers, or agencies are not eligible for this discount.

Effective July 20, 2024 (inclusive), relatives of martyrs, veterans, and first-degree relatives of veterans who are citizens of Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus will receive a 50% discount on net fares (excluding taxes and fees) for flights departing from Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and arriving Türkiye and on flights departing from Türkiye and arriving Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus . This discount does not apply to the F/U/W/P/V fare classes.
Relatives of Martyrs For classes B, M, A, H, S, O, E, Q, T, L, a 50% veteran’s companion discount is applied in the economy cabin.

Date/Route Change  

0-1 hour before the flight: No changes can be made.

Changes made 1 – 12 hours before a flight - B-Q classes (including the classes in between). Paid Changing Right: Passengers can change the ticket with a TRY 1350 penalty fee and fare differences, if applicable, are collected separately / are not refunded. T-F classes (including the classes in between): Changes not permitted.

Changes made 12 hours or more hours prior to domestic flightst - B-Q classes (including the classes in between). Paid Changing Right: Passengers can change the ticket with a TRY 1100 penalty fee and fare differences, if applicable, are collected separately / are not refunded. T-F classes (including the classes in between): Changes not permitted.

For Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus-Ercan flights; 0-1 hour before: No changes can be made. Changes between 1-12 hours before departure will be processed with a penalty of TRY 1950 (no change is allowed in V/P/W/U/F classes) If there is a fare difference, it will be charged, the fare difference is non-refundable. Changes 12 or more hours before are subject to a penalty of TRY 1750 (in V/P/W/U/F classes). If there is a fee difference, it will be refunded.

Ticket changes cannot be made after the flight.

Domestic flights and Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus-Ercan flights cannot be changed to international flights.

Turkish Airlines change rules apply for connecting flights in which Turkish Airlines and AnadoluJet operate together.

A cabin upgrade to Business Class can be applied until the departure of the flight. Fare differences between economy and business class, including taxes and duties, are collected from the passenger. No deduction can be made for this change.*

*This application, which includes Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus-Ercan flights, does not include codeshare (common) flights and promotion classes.
Cancelation and Refunds  

Ticketing service fees cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Cancellations and refunds are not permitted within 12 hours of the flight for domestic flights between the Republic of Türkiye and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus-Ercan.

For cancellation and refund transactions made 12 hours or more hours prior to domestic flights, TRY 1450 is deducted. The remaining amount, excluding the ticketing service fee, will be refunded. Classes Q/T/L/V/P/W/U/F are non-refundable.

For flights between the Republic of Türkiye and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus-Ercan, cancellation and refund procedures performed 12 or more hours prior to the flight will incur a TRY 1950 deduction. Classes L/V/P/W/U/F are non-refundable.

In cases where the flight right is not used (no-show), the ticket cannot be refunded after the flight. Only the airport tax is refunded.  

Turkish Airlines' cancellation and refund rules apply to connecting flights between Turkish Airlines and AnadoluJet flights.

If the scheduled flight time is between 1-12 hours away, a TRY 950 deduction is made on cancelations or refunds and the remaining amount, minus the ticketing servicing fee, will be refunded. (No refunds can be made to V/P/W/U/F classes.) If time for the scheduled flight is more than 12 hours, passengers can cancel/refund the ticket with a TRY 650 penalty fee, and the remaining amount, minus the ticketing servicing fee, will be refunded.

If the scheduled Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus-Ercan flight time is between 1-12 hours away, passengers can cancel/refund the ticket with a TRY 1300  penalty fee. (No refunds can be made to W/U/F classes.) If time for the scheduled Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus-Ercan flight is more than 12 hours, passengers can cancel/refund the ticket with a TRY 900 penalty fee, and the remaining amount, minus the ticketing servicing fee, will be refunded.

In case of no-show, ticket refunds cannot be made after the flight. Only landing charges are refunded.

Changes between 1-12 hours before departure will be processed with a penalty of TRY 5000 and if there is a fare difference, it will be refunded. No deduction is made for changes made 12 hours or more. Ticket changes cannot be made after the flight.
