It costs €4.10 to take a bus from the airport to Ljubljana city center. On weekdays from 06:00 to 20:00, buses depart every hour on the hour. At weekends, the service operates a restricted service from 07:00 to 20:00 with the first buses leaving at 7:00 and 10:00, and the rest running at two hour intervals for the rest of the day. There is also a passenger shuttle service which operates from 07:00 to 20:00 and costs €9 to get to the city center. The city center is 25 km from the airport and the journey takes about 40 minutes.
