PUBLIC TRANSPORT:

The city center is 15 km from Thessaloniki Airport and you can get there using the number 78 bus service which leaves every 25 minutes from the arrivals area. It costs €2 to get to the city center and you can buy a ticket from the kiosk at the bus stop. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Alternatively, you can take the number 79 bus to the IKEA station and continue on with one of buses 2, 3 or 8, depending on your destination.
