Check-in

At Turkish Airlines, we offer a range of check-in options to help you complete the process more easily and quickly. Depending on your preference, you can check in via our website or mobile app, use the self-service kiosks at the airport, or visit our check-in counters. Due to airport baggage and security procedures, we recommend arriving at the terminal 2 hours before domestic flights and 3 hours before international flights.

Online check-in

You can complete your checking-in via our mobile app or website. Save time with your automatically generated mobile boarding pass, select your seat using the 3D seat map to view the aircraft layout, and proceed directly to the boarding gate without waiting in line at the check-in counter, depending on your baggage requirements.

A greener world and a more convenient journey with mobile boarding passes!

By using a mobile boarding pass for your flights, you can help reduce paper waste and make a small but meaningful contribution to protecting the environment. And the benefits of mobile boarding passes go beyond being environmentally friendly! Stored on your mobile device, your boarding pass eliminates the need to search for, retrieve, and keep track of a paper ticket before boarding. It also makes ticket checks faster and more convenient, saving you time. If you are travelling with cabin baggage only or no baggage, you can proceed directly to the boarding gate. If you have checked baggage, simply drop it off at the counter before heading to the gate.
