Our tours are held daily during the following time slots.

- 08.00–11.30

- 08.30–15.00

- 08.30–18.00

- 12.00–18.00

- 16.00–21.30

- 18.30–23.00

To ensure you arrive on time for your flight, you must be at the airport at least 1 hour and 25 minutes in advance. Therefore, we recommend choosing the tour that best fits your flight time.

You can use only one service during the same trip. You can select one of the free accommodation (Stopover Istanbul) or Touristanbul city tour options.

When you join a tour, you can enjoy the following services free of charge.

- Transportation between the airport and city center

- Tour service with a professional English-speaking guide

- Breakfast and/or lunch

- Entrance fees to museums on the tour

The Touristanbul Desk is available at two separate locations in Istanbul Airport.

- In the Arrivals Hall, next to meeting point number 4

- In the Transfer Desk area, opposite passport control

Thanks to their central locations, you can easily reach either Desk and take advantage of Touristanbul services.

There is no age limit for participating in Touristanbul tours. However, passengers aged 0–18 may join tours only if accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Young passengers without a guardian will not be accepted on tours.

Touristanbul tours are conducted in English.

There are two ways to store your belongings when you join a Touristanbul tour.

- You can leave your large luggage at the luggage storage office next to the Touristanbul Desk for a service fee.

- Hand baggage: During the tour, you can place backpacks and handbags that do not contain electronic or valuable items on the tour bus.

Turkish Airlines is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

Pets are accepted on tours between 08.00 and 11.30 under certain conditions:

- Your pet must weigh no more than 8 kg.

- Your pet must be transported in a carrier measuring 23x40x55 cm.

Participation with pets is not possible on other tours due to museum regulations.

You can participate in one tour program per layover.

Touristanbul tours operate only from Istanbul Airport.

Passengers arriving at Sabiha Gökçen Airport are solely responsible for their own transportation to Istanbul Airport. If you plan to join a Touristanbul tour, we recommend that you arrange your transportation in advance.

If your layover time is suitable, you can participate in Touristanbul tours on both your departure and return flights.
