- Bookings can be made up to 15 months in advance, and as short as 24 hours before travelling.

- Miles are calculated based on net lounge rate and will appear on your account up to 8-12 weeks after your lounge visit.
- Miles&Smiles membership number must be entered in the "Your ref" field using the following format: e.g. TK123456789
- Bookings without a membership number or with incorrect membership number will not be awarded.
- Retroactive claims are not allowed.
- Members cannot earn miles unless the reservation is made directly on www.loungepass.com/tp/tur-105 Members will not be awarded for "no show" or for “cancelled bookings”.
- Members cannot submit multiple Miles&Smiles accounts for a particular Lounge Pass booking.
- In case more than one Miles&Smiles members reserve lounge access, only the member, who submitted the Miles&Smiles membership number, will earn miles for this particular booking.
