Terms and conditions for boarding passes.

  • Each boarding pass is valid for a single passenger.
  • It is mandatory to present ID to confirm the name on the boarding pass.
  • Discounts and privileges are valid at the arrival station where the partner company is located. (Passengers with an Istanbul boarding pass can enter the IGA Museum).
  • Discounts/privileges are valid for 15 days from your arrival in Istanbul.
  • Discounts/privileges can be used on a one-time basis.
  • Turkish Airlines reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without notice to third parties.
  • Turkish Airlines boarding pass privileges are valid for both printed and mobile boarding passes.
