Terms and Conditions

  • For reservations made in the special offer period between 10 December 2018 - 14 January 2019, the hotel checkout date shall be 31 March 2019 at the latest. 
  • No service fee is required for reservations. 
  • The special offer is valid for residences and hotel rooms at pre-determined hotels in both free cancelation non-refundable/non-cancellable categories. 
  • Free cancelation is provided for some designated rooms and residences, however it is not possible to cancel some rooms; Reservations are subject to the general terms and conditions of Booking.com stated in your reservation as well. 
  • Miles will appear on member’s account up to 8-12 weeks after the end of the hotel stay. 
  • Members need to enter their 9 digits Miles&Smiles number on Booking.com payment site in the correct format in order to receive Miles. Bookings with incorrect or without Miles&Smiles number will not be awarded with Miles. 
  • No retroactive Miles claims are allowed. 
  • Reservations no cancelled or checked-out will not earn Miles. 
  • If the reservation is not made via links forwarded by contact points in the Turkish Airlines online platforms where Turkish Airlines logo is obviously seen at the top of the page or if the reservation is not made via hotels.turkishairlines.com; Miles and Smiles members cannot earn Miles for their reservations. 
  • If the reservation is made directly on Booking.com’s website, Miles&Smiles members cannot earn extra miles for their reservations.
