Terms and Conditions
- Promotional award ticket should be issued within 23 November 2017 – 31 January 2018.
- Travel should be completed within 23 November 2017 – 31 May 2018.
- %50 Mileage promotion is valid for Miles&Smiles Economy and Business class one way and round trip limited capacity award tickets.
- The related promotion will be applied only for Turkish Airlines scheduled flights (except AnadoluJet). Promotion is not permitted on Turkish Airlines codeshare flights and for the award tickets issued for the Star Alliance member airline flights.
- Promotion will be applied from/to Türkiye (except SAW) from/to Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Armenia, Georgia, Croatia, Montenegro, Kosovo, Macedonia, Republic of Moldova, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan.
- For issued award tickets in promotion, 23.11.2017 – 31.01.2018 is considered about any mileage refunds, rebookings and re-routings and they are subject to penalty. All rebookings and reroutings can be applied within the exact same route and class.
- Mileage refund can be done within 1 year after the ticket issuance date.
- The general conditions applied in Miles&Smiles award tickets are also applicable for award tickets issued in this promotion.
- Member can issue promotional award ticket more than one.
- Member can issue promotional ticket for another people.
- Promotional award ticket can be issued via online, sales office or call center.
- Taxes must be paid while ticketing.
- Turkish Airlines; reserves the right to change terms and conditions and cancel the campaign at any time.
