At Turkish Airlines, we offer special services to help passengers with visual impairments enjoy a safe, comfortable and independent travel experience. We provide tailored guidance, escort assistance and information at the airport and on board to meet their needs.

Braille boarding passes



We offer boarding passes printed in Braille at the special service counters at Istanbul Airport, Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport and Ankara Esenboğa Airport. These boarding passes include the passenger’s full name, flight details, seat number and gate number.

Safety videos for passengers with visual impairments



To help passengers with visual impairments enjoy a safe and comfortable flight, we provide specially designed safety and informational videos in Turkish and English.
