As part of our partnership with Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles, Akra Hotels offers guests the opportunity to earn Miles during their stays. Miles&Smiles members can earn 500 Miles for each eligible stay, subject to the campaign terms and conditions.

• The campaign is available to Miles&Smiles members for eligible stays.
• Members earn 500 Miles per eligible stay, regardless of the length of stay.
• Consecutive stays are considered as a single stay.
• If more than one Miles&Smiles member stays in the same room, Miles will be credited to only one member.
• A valid Miles&Smiles membership number must be provided at the time of reservation or check-in to earn Miles.
• Stays booked through travel agencies, under corporate agreements, or at other specially discounted rates are excluded from the campaign.
• Miles will be credited to the member’s Miles&Smiles account after completion of the stay.
• In case of any discrepancy regarding Miles crediting, guests may be asked to provide proof of their stay.
