• Service charges in the package offer are package specific. Additional services are not charged separately. 
• Package offers and campaigns are available only via our online channels. 
• There is no partial refund for additional services included in the package offer. The package quote includes all services. 
• Packages with multiple flights are not eligible for partial refunds on selected flights. However, a refund may cover all the flights included in the package. 
• Refunds on packages can be requested via Turkish Airlines sales offices. 
• The terms and conditions for the additional services included in the package offer are applicable.
