***Passengers traveling on a domestic flight via a partnership flight on the same day as their connecting international flight (including flights until 05:00 on the next day), or who are Turkish Airlines Corporate Club Card (CORP), holders with an international flight and a domestic connecting flight can receive service at the domestic CIP Lounge with one guest. The flights (international and domestic) must be on the same ticket.
In some airports, domestic CIP Lounge have two sections. At these stations, Business Class passengers and Miles&Smiles Elite Plus card passengers are offered access to the Business section of the Lounge. Miles&Smiles Elite, Miles&Smiles Classic Plus, SAG, PLM, CORP, Miles&Smiles U.S. Credit Card card and fee / Miles passengers are offered access to the Miles&Smiles (M&S) section.

*Passengers holding a Turkish Airlines Corporate Club Card (CORP) and an accompanying guest can receive services only from the CIP Lounge belonging to the partnership in the country indicated on the card, as well as from international lounges in Türkiye. Passengers who hold a Turkish Airlines Corporate Club Card issued in Türkiye can receive service only from CIP Lounge in Türkiye.
The Istanbul Airport International Passenger Lounges consist of two sections:
1. Business Class passengers can enter the Turkish Airlines Lounge Business regardless of card type.
2. Passengers with Miles&Smiles Elite Plus, Miles&Smiles Elite, SAG, PLM, CORP, Miles&Smiles Elite Corporate, Miles&Smiles US Credit Card card can enter the Turkish Airlines Lounge Miles&Smiles section.
Only Business Class passengers can enter the Turkish Airlines Lounge Business. Business Class passengers with the appropriate card type may bring a guest into the Lounge Miles&Smiles section.

*To be eligible to use the lounge, Corporate Club Card holders must be traveling on the same ticket from an international destination to a domestic destination or from a domestic destination to an international destination.
Rules and conditions applicable to the free or paid use of CIP lounge for Turkish Airlines flights
- No fee is charged for infants aged 0-2 years (prior to their 2nd birthday).
- Non-Miles&Smiles members must complete the online membership form and create a digital card to be eligible to enter the lounge for a fee.
- For Miles&Smiles Classic cardholders who pay the full fee for lounge entry, no fee is charged for child passengers aged 0–6 who are family members of the fee-paying cardholder. Child passengers aged 7–12 who are family members are charged 50% of the fee listed in the table; non-family member child passengers aged 3–12 are charged the full fee. There is no guest entitlement.
- Miles&Smiles Classic Plus cardholders are entitled to domestic lounge access for themselves, but not for guests. Child passengers aged 3–12 who are family members of the cardholder are charged 50% of the fee listed in the table; the full fee is applied for non-family child passengers aged 3–12. There is no guest entitlement.
- Miles&Smiles Elite Plus or Miles&Smiles Elite cardholders are entitled to bring their children or one guest into the lounge. The full fee is applied for child passengers who are not the cardholder’s family members. If the cardholder is not traveling with their family, the first non-family member child passenger is considered a guest, and the full fee is charged for any additional guests or child passengers accompanying the cardholder.
- M&S Elite Corporate Card holders may use Turkish Airlines Lounge-branded CIP lounges free of charge, but are permitted to bring into the lounge only one of the following: their family members or one guest. At CIP lounges without a Turkish Airlines Lounge at Dalaman and Diyarbakır Airports within Turkey, cardholders may use the facilities with only one guest. If the M&S Elite Corporate Card holder is accompanied by child passengers who are family members, non-family member child passengers, and/or guests, the full fee is charged for each non-family member child passenger and/or guest. If the cardholder is not traveling with family members, the first non-family child passenger is considered a guest; the full fee applies for any additional child passengers and/or guests.
- M&S US Credit Card holders are not entitled to family member and/or guest privileges. All accompanying passengers will be charged the full fee.
- If Istanbul is their departure point, passengers who have purchased lounge access for the Istanbul Airport Domestic CIP Lounge may enter the lounge no earlier than 4 hours before their flight; they may enter the lounge within 6 hours before their flight if Istanbul is not their departure point.
- The service may be suspended during peak periods such as official holidays and the days before and after holidays.
- Except for Istanbul Airport, passengers who purchase lounge access may enter the lounge no earlier than 2 (two) hours before their flight.
- Passengers who purchase lounge access for the Istanbul Airport Domestic CIP lounge may enter the lounge no earlier than 4 (four) hours before their flight, if their flight originates in Istanbul; and no earlier than 6 (six) hours before their flight, if their flight does not originate in Istanbul.
- Passengers who purchase lounge usage services may be eligible for a refund under the cancellation policy if they do not enter the lounge.
- Refunds may be issued for reasons beyond the passenger’s control and due to operational issues.
- Refunds will not be issued if the passenger uses the lounge service. Exceptions for refunds may be applicable if the passenger has used the lounge due to a flight cancellation.
- If a passenger requests a ticket refund or change before the flight takes place but after using the lounge (either for a fee or through the privileges provided by a Business Class ticket and/or status card), the lounge usage fee will be deducted from the ticket fare before processing the request.
- Passengers traveling on a charter flight are not entitled to lounge access, even if they hold a Business Class ticket or status card. As an exception, passengers may avail themselves of this right if the travel agency that arranged the charter flight purchases CIP lounge access for them.
- Passengers traveling on THY flights may invite another passenger traveling on a THY flight as a guest to the lounge; passengers traveling on AJet flights cannot enter the lounge as guests of THY passengers.
- Procedures must be followed in accordance with this notice at the stations listed in the tables; for all other matters, the PR.02.60.001.TR.02 Special Passenger Lounge Management Procedure in DDMS should be referenced. (The procedure update process is ongoing.)
CIP lounge usage fee for passengers traveling on AJet flights:

- Passengers who purchase lounge access for a fee may use only the Miles&Smiles section in domestic CIP lounges consisting of two separate sections.
