General rules for refunding tickets issued by sales offices

We recommend that you pay attention to the following topics to ensure that your feedback process is fulfilled without any problems and concluded quickly: 

  • When requesting a refund, an image of your ID or passport must be attached. 
  • If the credit card has expired, a letter received from the bank should be uploaded as an attachment to the feedback. 
  • In addition to their ID card, persons under the age of 18 must submit an additional file containing one of their parent's ID cards. 
  • The account name/last name information should be declared exactly as it appears in the bank account, and the account number and bank branch information should be provided completely. 
  • Citizens of Syria, Iran, Cuba, and North Korea should contact their local sales offices to make their requests. 

For domestic banks; 

  1. If the payment was made by credit card, the image of the card where the first 6 and last 4 digits of the credit card will be displayed, or the account statement of the relevant credit card, TR IBAN account information of the credit card owner (bank name, account owner name, surname, province where the bank is located) and the T.R. identity card or passport image, 
  2. If the payment was made in cash, the passenger's TR IBAN account information (bank name, account owner name, surname, province where the bank is located) and the T.R. identity card or passport image, 
  3. If the refund is to be made to a different person, our passenger's or the credit card owner's power of attorney, approved by a notary, to show that he or she has allowed a refund to another account, is necessary. 

For foreign banks; 

  1. Image of a passport or ID card, 
  2. If the payment was made by credit card, the image of the card where the first 6 and last 4 digits of the credit card will be displayed, or the account statement of the relevant credit card, 
  3. If the payment was made by credit card, details of the IBAN account of the credit card owner and the bank account document proving that the account belongs to the credit card owner (bank name, name and last name of the account owner, state and city where the bank is located), 
  4. If the payment was made in cash, details of IBAN account details that opened in the name of the passenger (bank name, name and last name of the account owner, state and city where the bank is located), 
  5. If the refund is to be made to a different person, our passenger's or the credit card owner's power of attorney, approved by a notary, to show that he or she has allowed a refund to another account, is necessary.
