[1] In addition to the Miles&Smiles digital card, Classic Plus, Elite, and Elite Plus members who wish to carry a physical card can instantly receive their cards every day of the week between 07:00–22:40 (Türkiye time) from the Miles&Smiles Membership Services Desk located at Counter No. 2 on the Departures Floor of Istanbul Airport. 

[2] The privilege of gifting 3 Elite cards is defined personally and can only be used once, even in case of status renewal. Each Elite card gift can be presented in exchange for 40,000 Miles.

[3] On Turkish Airlines flights, Classic Plus members may access domestic lounges for themselves. Elite and Elite Plus members may access both domestic and international lounges for themselves, their family members (spouse and children), or one guest. [4] Classic Plus members may use the Business Class counter on domestic flights even if traveling in Economy Class. Elite and Elite Plus members may use Business Class counters on both domestic and international flights, even if traveling in Economy Class. Valid only at airports where Business counters are available.

[5] Elite and Elite Plus members and accounts with family membership may use the private entrance gate (Gate 5) and dedicated passport control counters at Istanbul Airport’s international terminal.

[6] Star Alliance Gold cardholders may use Fast Track services for passport and security control at airports where Star Alliance permits such privileges. Learn more about privileges here.

[7] Baggage belonging to Elite and Elite Plus members is tagged as priority, and priority delivery is ensured after the flight.

[8] On international flights operated by more than 170 of our aircraft equipped with internet infrastructure, Classic members enjoy Unlimited Messaging, Classic Plus members enjoy 250 MB of free internet and Unlimited Messaging, while Elite and Elite Plus members enjoy 400 MB of free internet and Unlimited Messaging. [10] Classic Plus members receive 10 kg of additional baggage allowance (except on piece-concept routes). Elite members receive 20 kg extra or 1 additional piece (Economy 23 kg, Business 32 kg) where the piece concept applies. Elite Plus members receive 25 kg extra or 1 additional piece (Economy 23 kg, Business 32 kg) on both domestic and international flights.

[11] Miles&Smiles Elite and Elite Plus members, along with their companions traveling under the same PNR, may select standard and front-row seats free of charge on Turkish Airlines domestic and international flights.

[12] Starting from the first day of Elite Plus status, 2 upgrade (cabin upgrade) privileges are defined for use during each of the first and second periods. Each period lasts 12 months, and unused upgrades expire at the end of the period.

[13] On the waiting list, priority is applied in the following order: Elite Plus, Elite, Star Gold, Classic Plus, Star Silver, and Classic.

[14] Classic Plus, Elite, and Elite Plus members may hold a price quote free of charge for 24 hours if the flight is within 5–10 days, or for 2 days if the flight is more than 10 days away. Learn more about privileges here.

[16] The 50% discount privilege for the second passenger on paid Business Class tickets is valid only on Turkish Airlines domestic and international flights for the highest Business fare class.

[17] Elite members may borrow up to 10,000 Miles, and Elite Plus members up to 15,000 Miles when issuing Award Tickets via our website or mobile app if they lack sufficient Miles. The borrowed amount will be deducted as Miles are subsequently earned.
