Terms and conditions
This campaign is valid for daily car rentals made through Budget between January 4, 2026 and January 31, 2026.
When renting with Budget:
- Mileage accrual is calculated only on the rental fee. Additional services, extra insurance, fuel, fines, and similar items are not included in mileage accrual.
- The campaign is valid for reservations made through budget.com.tr , res@budget.com.tr , and Corporate Offices.
- The campaign is also valid for reservations made through Budget channels and the Turkish Airlines-Avis Budget Group joint website, as well as for rentals without reservations made by presenting the TK number during the rental process. - To earn Miles, the first driver1 must present their Miles&Smiles membership number.
- Mileage accrual is only valid if the Miles&Smiles membership number and information are provided correctly and completely.
- As part of the campaign, all passengers traveling with Turkish Airlines can benefit from a 35% discount on car rentals in Turkey. However, only Miles&Smiles members can benefit from the Mileage advantage.
- Having a Miles&Smiles credit card is not required to earn Miles; Miles&Smiles membership is sufficient.
- The amount of Miles that can be earned under this campaign is calculated based on the rental price and is limited to a minimum of 500 Miles and a maximum of 5,000 Miles per transaction.
- Mileage earning is subject to Miles&Smiles program rules.
- The discount is applied to the list price2.
- This campaign is valid at selected Budget offices. The Budget offices where the campaign is valid are listed below:
Offices in Adana, Ankara, Antalya, Bursa, Eskişehir, Istanbul, Izmir, Konya, Dalaman Airport, Bodrum Airport, Ordu Airport, Trabzon Airport, Samsun Airport, Çukurova Airport offices
- This campaign cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, opportunity or promotion.
- Within the scope of this campaign, Miles & Smiles members can benefit from the discount and Miles earning with the same transaction; it cannot be combined with external campaigns/coupons.
- The appearance of Miles&Smiles Miles on your statement from the date the vehicle is returned may vary depending on Miles&Smiles system processes.
- The campaign is limited by fleet availability. If the desired vehicle is not available, an equivalent or higher group vehicle may be offered. The equivalent vehicle offered in case of unavailability is at Budget's discretion.
- Cash payment, debit card or virtual card applications are not available.
- The credit card holder must be present in person during the rental. Rentals cannot be made using someone else's credit card.
- A FINDEKS score check is performed during the rental process.
- Installment payments are not available for financial costs arising from HGS (Highway Toll System), traffic fines, accidents/damage.
- The rental agreement is initiated at the time of rental and is governed by the laws and regulations of the country where the rental takes place.
- In addition to the rental fee, a deposit is collected from the credit card provided by the customer, depending on the make and model of the vehicle being rented. Therefore, sufficient credit limit (equal to the total rental and deposit amount) is required.
- The amount collected as a deposit will be refunded to the same card at the end of the rental period, after deducting any additional services, insurance, missing fuel, damage, fines, etc., not included in the reservation.
- Budget reserves the right to change and/or terminate the campaign terms and conditions.
- The campaign is valid for daily rentals of passenger vehicles.
- The total rental fee and deposit will be collected via the renter's credit card at the start of the rental.
- Insurance packages and/or additional products that can be selected when making a reservation are not included in the campaign.
- According to official regulations, old-style driver's licenses issued before 01.01.2016 will expire on 31.10.2025 at 23:59. Rental transactions cannot be carried out with driver's licenses deemed invalid after this date. A valid, new-style driver's license must be presented for rental.
