Terms and conditions

  • Miles earning on MSC Cruises and MSC Yacht Club cruise reservations is valid for individual reservations made through the MSC Cruises Türkiye website, msccruises.eu/tr, via the MSC Cruises Türkiye Call Centre at 0850 420 96 00, or through authorised MSC Cruises Türkiye travel agencies.
  • Miles earning on Explora Journeys luxury cruise reservations is valid for individual reservations made through the Explora Journeys website, www.explorajourneys.com, via the Call Centre at 0850 420 96 00, or through authorised Explora Journeys travel agencies.
  • Members earn 1 Mile for every €1 spent on MSC Cruises reservations, 2 Miles for every €1 spent on MSC Yacht Club reservations, and 3 Miles for every €1 spent on Explora Journeys reservations.
  • For reservations made through the MSC Cruises Türkiye or Explora Journeys websites mentioned above, members must provide their 9-digit Miles&Smiles membership number (e.g. TK123456789) to MSC Cruises Türkiye via info@msccruises.com.tr in order to earn Miles.
  • For cruise reservations made through the MSC Cruises Türkiye Call Centre or authorised travel agencies, members must provide their 9-digit Miles&Smiles membership number (e.g. TK123456789) to the authorised travel consultant during the reservation process.
  • Miles cannot be earned if the Miles&Smiles membership number is provided incorrectly or if no Miles&Smiles membership number is provided at the time of reservation.
  • In order to earn Miles, the member must complete the relevant cruise journey. No Miles will be awarded if the member cancels their reservation.
  • The MSC Cruises Terms & Conditions apply to MSC Cruises and MSC Yacht Club reservations and stays.
  • The Explora Journeys Terms & Conditions apply to Explora Journeys reservations and stays.
  • Miles will be credited to the member’s account within 30 days of the cruise completion date.
  • Miles cannot be earned on cruise reservations made under group allocations. Miles earning is valid only for individual reservations. Members should consult their authorised travel consultant regarding whether a reservation falls under a group allocation or an individual booking.

  • MSC Cruises, Explora Journeys and Miles&Smiles reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions governing Miles earning.
  • The campaign is subject to limited Miles availability.
  • Miles will be awarded only for new reservations made between 1 June 2026 and 31 December 2026.
  • Miles will be awarded for eligible journeys completed by 31 July 2027.
  • Under this campaign, Miles will be credited to the account of only one (1) Miles&Smiles member per cabin.
