Terms and conditions

  • The refund right is valid only for tickets purchased through the Turkish Airlines website or mobile app.
  • Your refund request must be submitted within 24 hours of the ticket purchase and there must be at least 7 days before your first flight.
  • Travel start time is calculated by hours. The right to refund is not applicable to flights departing in less than 168 hours from the time of the refund request.
  • This refund right does not apply to tickets that have already been changed.
  • Award tickets are subject to the same terms and conditions.
  • Tickets with flight disruptions are excluded.
  • Additional services purchased with the ticket (seat selection, sports equipment or pet carriage, etc.) are not eligible for refunds.
  • Valid for unused tickets.
  • Not valid for tickets issued with hold the price option.
