It takes about 30 minutes to get to the city center (Plaza de Armas) from Seville Airport (SVQ), also known as San Pablo Airport, using the Linea AE bus. The buses run between 06:15 and 23:00 and cost 2.30 euros. You can buy tickets from ticket offices or when you board the bus.
