Terms and Conditions

  • Only Miles & Smiles members can earn Miles.
  • This campaign is valid for booking made via www.richmondnua.com or directly from the contact information.
  • Upon check-in, the member must present their Miles & Smiles TK number or digital card.
  • No Miles can be earned for day use or hourly stays.
  • Miles are earned per stay. You can earn Miles only once during your stays on consecutive days.
  • In case more than one Miles & Smiles member share a hotel room, only one member will earn Miles for the particular stay.
  • It may take some time for your hotel stays to be reflected in your Miles & Smiles membership account. In the event of a problem, your hotel bill must be submitted to the hotel.
  • This campaign cannot be combined with special discounts or company discounts.
