• All responsibility arising from the delivery of the service belongs exclusively to Istanbul Ozel Yolcu ve Genel Havacilik Hizmetleri A.S.; Turkish Airlines cannot be held liable for service performance.
• Services are offered under separate package options for departing, arriving and transit passengers. Each package is independent in scope and price.
• The modification, suspension or termination of the scope of the service is at the sole discretion of the service provider. Turkish Airlines is given at least 30 (thirty) days' prior written notice before any such change.
• Passengers who are consumers retain full exercise of their statutory consumer rights, including the rights of return, cancellation, exchange and withdrawal under applicable consumer protection legislation.
• No membership to any third-party platform is required during the service purchase process; membership is entirely optional.

JETEX | IGA Terminal is an independent general aviation terminal located at Istanbul Airport. It offers departing, arriving and transfer passengers exclusive services such as lounge access, personal assistance and private suites for a more comfortable and efficient airport experience.

This service is available to departing, arriving and transfer passengers whose tickets have been purchased through Turkish Airlines channels. No additional membership or registration is required to purchase the service.

Four package options are offered:

• Departing Passenger Meet & Greet: Assistance is provided by a personal assistant from terminal entry to the departure gate.
• Departing Passenger Suite: A peaceful and comfortable waiting experience is provided in a private suite.
• Arriving Passenger Meet & Greet: A welcome and guidance are provided from the aircraft door to the exit area.
• Transfer Passenger Lounge: Access to an exclusive lounge is provided during the connection.

You can click the “Buy” button on the relevant page and follow the payment steps. No membership on an external platform is required.

Once payment has been completed, the booking confirmation and entry information for JETEX | IGA Terminal are sent to the email address provided. Upon arrival at the terminal, the passenger is welcomed by a personal assistant.

Refund, cancellation and withdrawal rights under consumer legislation are fully protected. You can submit cancellation and change requests using the contact details in your booking confirmation email or by emailing CXPREMIUM@THY.COM.

All requests and complaints arising from the provision of the service are handled by the service provider, İstanbul Özel Yolcu ve Genel Havacılık Hizmetleri A.Ş. Requests and complaints submitted through Turkish Airlines customer service channels are forwarded to the relevant department.

Once the JETEX | Istanbul Airport Terminal lounge is used for the first time through Turkish Airlines channels, it can also be used on subsequent Turkish Airlines journeys. Detailed conditions for these uses are specified in the package details.
