• Members must provide their membership number during the booking process and present their Miles&Smiles card during check-in.
• Miles earnings are valid for bookings made at advertised prices.
• Miles cannot be earned from accommodations booked with special discounts (agency, company, airline, or other discounts), accommodations booked by the hour, or for daytime only periods.
• 500 Miles are awarded for each stay. Miles can only be earned once for an accommodation booked on consecutive days.
• If more than one member shares the same room, only one member can earn Miles from the stay.
• The offer is only available for the Miles&Smiles members whose names are on the membership card.
• It can take a certain amount of time for Miles earned from an accommodation to show up in a member’s Miles&Smiles account.
• In the event of any problems, the member’s hotel receipt should be provided to the hotel where the member stayed.
