Xanadu Hotels bring together the bliss of 5-star accommodation, award-winning services, and Miles&Smiles advantages. The group has hotels in Belek, known as the "pearl of the Mediterranean," in Bodrum, situated by the deep blue seas of the Aegean, and in Palandöken, Erzurum. Xanadu Hotels became a Miles&Smiles program partner in August 2013 and offer the following benefits to Miles&Smiles members: 500 Miles for eligible stays of 3 nights and over at Xanadu Resort and Xanadu Island hotels and 1,000 Miles for eligible stays of 7 nights and over at Xanadu Resort, Xanadu Island, and Xanadu Snow White hotels.

• Miles cannot be earned on accommodation booked with special discounts (agency, company, airline, or other discounts) or accommodation booked by the hour.
• 500 Miles are awarded for each stay of 3 nights and over at Xanadu Resort and Xanadu Island establishments. 1,000 Miles are awarded for each stay of 7 nights and over at Xanadu Resort, Xanadu Island, and Xanadu Snow White hotels. Miles can only be earned once for accommodation booked on consecutive days.
• If more than one member shares the same room, only one member can earn Miles from the stay.
• In order to earn Miles from an accommodation, the member must present their Miles&Smiles card during check-in.
• It can take a certain amount of time for Miles earned from hotel accommodations to show up in members' Miles&Smiles accounts.
• In the event of any problems, the member’s hotel receipt should be provided to the hotel where the member stayed.
