Dear Passengers,
Due to the developments affecting flights to Iran, Iraq, Syria, Jordan, and Lebanon, passengers who purchased tickets on or before June 13, 2025, for flights departing from/arriving to these regions between June 13 - July 31, 2025 (inclusive), are granted the following rights:
Canceled flights
Effective July 16 2025 (inclusive), flights to Isfahan, Iran, have been cancelled. Flights to Tehran, Shiraz, Tabriz, and Mashhad have resumed full operations.
Reschedule flight
Reservations can be changed without any fee difference or penalty.
Ticket refund
Extension of ticket duration
The validity period of existing tickets can be extended until August 31, 2025 (inclusive) without any fare difference or penalty.
The relevant applications are valid only for flights operated by Turkish Airlines. Transactions must be made no later than July 31, 2025 (inclusive).
Due to renovation works at Van Ferit Melen Airport, the airport will be open with reduced traffic between 07:00 and 16:00 (GMT+3) from May 1 to September 5, 2025. Civil and military traffic at the airport will be prohibited from September 5 to December 5, 2025. During this period you may prefer our flights arriving at Mus (MSR) and Agri (AJI) airports. In order to avoid any inconvenience to our passengers, additional flights to Mus and Agri airports are planned.
Turkish Airlines passengers can now enjoy complimentary, unlimited internet service at Istanbul Airport! Starting November 12, 2024, you can connect to the internet via TK WiFi using your flight information or your mobile phone number.
