Terms and conditions

As a Miles&Smiles member, you can sign in to your account and use the Miles you’ve accumulated to issue award tickets with our Star Alliance member airlines from the “Miles Transactions” page. You can also complete your transaction through call center or by visiting sales offices with a valid ID.
You can issue your award ticket on other partner airlines (such as Azul, Gol) through our call center or sales offices by presenting a valid ID.
Values may vary depending on exchange rates, taxes may be introduced or repealed, amounts may be subject to seasonal fluctuations, and new destinations may be added to regions.

Effective August 31, 2024, the frequent flyer program partnership between Turkish Airlines and Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) is terminated. As of this date, earning or redeeming Miles and enjoying status privileges on SAS flights is no longer possible. For further information, you can contact customer service.
